Three Run Groups = Triple the Fun!<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The SCCA Chicago Region invites you to the Autobahn Country Club<\/strong> on Saturday, July 22<\/strong> with an evening Time Trial and Track Event<\/strong> on the SOUTH Course.  <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Overview<\/strong>:  We are planning three run groups for this event, and each group is scheduled to have three 20-minute sessions.  If we have extra time, we will also host a \u201ctouring session\u201d midway through the evening for friends and families to experience the track at a modest pace. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Entries<\/strong>:  The entry fee for SCCA members for this Track Event is $195<\/strong>. For non-members, the entry fee of $215<\/strong> covers your entry + a weekend membership, and the weekend membership fee can be applied to a full SCCA membership. Join at SCCA.com<\/u><\/a> and become eligible for discounts, experiences, and even more fun with cars.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Event Day:<\/strong>  Check-In begins at 2:00 PM; the mandatory drivers\u2019 meetings start at 4:30 PM; and on-track activities are tentatively scheduled to start at 5:00 PM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Run Groups<\/strong>: For safety and everyone’s enjoyment, drivers will be divided into run groups based on skill and experience. The Track Event<\/strong> is for drivers of all experience levels and offers two options: 1) a Novice<\/strong> run group and 2) an Intermediate \/ Advanced<\/strong> run group. Please sign up early to secure your spot in the correct group!  A third option, the Level 1 <\/strong>Time Trial<\/strong> run group, is open to advanced, intermediate, and instructor-level drivers in vehicles appropriate to the experiential nature of the program (e.g., preference is given to streetable vehicles with current license and registration).  SCCA Time Trial licenses<\/strong> are encouraged and can be applied for by clicking here<\/strong><\/a>; alternatively, please be sure your MSR resum\u00e9 is up-to-date. Event officials reserve the right to change a participant\u2019s run group as needed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vehicle Eligibility<\/strong>:  Trucks, most SUVs and crossover vehicles, as well as most race cars, are not eligible for this event. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
