Prospective Members WorkshopSunday March 28, at 1:00 pm Would you like to get involved in racing but just don't know where to startJoin us Saturday, April 24 and take our Starting Line Tour. The Starting Line Tour is our way of introducing car enthusiasts to the Chicago Region, Sports Car Club of America and how the hundreds of club volunteers staff various race tracks in support of club racing and professional racing. This is the road to "the best seat in the house". You will be provided with an overview of a variety of volunteer areas, which we refer to as "specialties". If you are interested in learning more about any specialty area, we will arrange for you to return to that specialty area for a one on one experience. There is a party at the end of the race day on Saturday and you are invited to attend (no cost). Click here for your Starting Line Registration Form

Pompei Bakery, 17 W. 744 22nd Street, Oakbrook Terrace. No meeting in January Pompei Bakery is just North of I-88 and West of Midwest Road. It is in the South West corner of a shopping center with a Home Depot. They serve everything from slices of pizza to full dinners (see menu). Yes, they do have beer by glass and by the pitcher.
