Track Day Event Schedule

This is a sample schedule to give you an idea of what a typical evening track day event looks like. While most of our events will run on this, many will have start time adjustments made to account for daylight hours or other events at the track. Always go with the schedule you see on the event’s registration page. On track activities start at 5PM, some events may start earlier (4:30PM or 4:00PM).


2:00PM- Gates Open

4:30PM – MANDATORY NOVICE MEETING

4:45PMMANDATORY TIME TRIALS and ADVANCED/INTERMEDIATE GROUP MEETING

5:00PM – Novice Group: Paced Laps

5:15PM – TIME TRIALS: Session 1

5:20PM – Novice Group: Briefing 1

5:35PM – Advanced/Intermediate Group: Session 1

5:55PM – Novice Group: Session 1

6:15PM – TIME TRIALS: Session 2

6:20PM – Novice Group: Briefing 2

6:35PM – Advanced/Intermediate Group: Session 2

6:55PM – Paced Laps/Track Touring (Open to All, Waiver Signature Required, Click Here for Minor Waiver)

7:10PM – Novice Group: Session 2

7:30PM – TIME TRIALS: Session 3

7:35PM – Novice Group: Briefing 3

7:50PM – Advanced/Intermediate Group: Session 3

8:10PM – Novice Group: Session 3

8:30PM – Track Close

9:00PM – Gates Close

* Times are an approximation (Weather and on-track issues can play havoc with a schedule, and sometimes officials might have to improvise to make sure everyone gets the most out of the event.)
