Race Action at 2018 Fall Sprints

The Fall Sprints at Blackhawk Farms on September 8 and 9 was a great success.  On Saturday, 82 cars competed in five race groups.  An additional 19 cars participated in time trails.  On Sunday morning, 62 cars dueled in sprint races.  Nine cars closed out the weekend, and the season, with a three hour enduro in the afternoon.

If you did not make it out to a road race weekend this year, I would encourage you to make a trip to Blackhawk Farms or Road America next year.  We can always use drivers and workers.  Spectators are welcome as well.

The race action can be better than what you see on TV!  During the Spec Racer Ford race on Saturday, the four top drivers were nose to tail for much of the event running laps less than a second off the track record. Watch the in car video on Vimeo.com
