General Membership Meeting

Our January General Membership Meeting will be held on a strange date, but a familiar location.  We will hold the GMM on the fourth Wednesday in January, the  23rd, beginning at 7:30 PM.  We will return to Blackdog Speed Shop, who continue to support our Region.  A (very) short club meeting will be followed by guest speakers who will discuss Chicago Region’s participation in Formula 1, with insights into the 2012 race in Austin and historical perspectives from the past.

Checkered Flag Party

The Checkered Flag has moved!  Lake Forest Sportscars has graciously offered us the stunning sights and exquisite amenities of their facility for the annual Checkered Flag party!  Your eyes can drink in the spectacular visions of Ferraris, Aston Martins, Maseratis, McLarens, and Lotuses (Loti?), while you feed your baser senses on a buffet and beverages.  Make plans to come out and celebrate our 2012 season on Saturday, February 23rd, beginning at 5:00 PM!
