2021 Elite Autosport GEN2 Pro Tour
Elite Autosport will bring back the Spec Racer Ford GEN2 race series for 2021! Drivers participating in the 2021 Pro Tour Championship will have the opportunity to win prize money, contingencies, and trophies. The 2021 Pro Tour Championship will consist of eight great races over four weekends, visiting Blackhawk Farms, Road America and Autobahn Country Club race circuits. The race events will again see both GEN2 and GEN3 classes race together on Saturdays and feature a standalone GEN2 only race on Sunday.
SRF racer Jim Perry of Larsen, WI. will be assisting the Elite Autosport staff in a newly created role as race series co director. Jim has the experience and skill set to help improve the overall product. He will be launching a series Facebook page to better communicate with competitors.
The 2020 Tripleheader proved to be a great success, featuring affordable, close, fun racing throughout the field. The overall goal is to create a better season-long atmosphere of racing and more excitement at the Divisional level.
