On February 24th and 25th, 2018, the Chicago Region staffed a booth at the Race & Performance Expo to promote our sport and club activities. Our booth was staffed with volunteers who spent some of their time talking with people about the SCCA, Chicago Region, and the opportunities we offer to get involved with motorsports.

On February 17, the Region kicked off our 2018 season with another great party at Lake Forest Sportscars. We celebrated achievements of Region Members in 2017 and acknowleged the beginning of our MILESTONE 70TH YEAR as a Region.

Sports Car Club of America® has confirmed the 2018 SCCA® National Championship Runoffs® will use the traditional 12-turn, 2.52-mile course layout when it visits Sonoma Raceway Oct. 16-21, the Runoffs’ first visit to that venue....
Chicago Region will have a display booth at the 2018 Race & Performance Expo on February 24 &25 at the Renaissance Schaumburg Convention Center. The show will be open to the public on Saturday from 9:00am to 5:00pm and Sunday from 9:00am to 4:00pm.
