2023 Chicago Region, SCCA November General Membership MeetingĀ 

The Chicago Region Board of Directors conducted the Regionā€™s Annual Meeting followed by the November General Membership meeting on Wednesday, November 29, 2023 at Blackdog Speed Shop.Ā  ā€œREā€ Roger Vilmur began the business portion of the meeting promptly at 7:00 pm following an opportunity for members to socialize, enjoy some 75th Anniversary cake and beverages and take in the collection of race and collector cars on hand.

The 2023 SCCA Worker of the Year

The Chicago Region wishes to congratulate Julie Hammons, Land Oā€™Lakes Region and Todd Heilicher, Chicago Region as they were honored as an SCCAĀ® Worker of the Year, at the 60th running of SCCAā€™s National Championship RunoffsĀ®. Ā

The Chicago Region SCCA at the 2023 Geneva Concours dā€™Elegance

The month of August was HOT, but the weather gods shined down on us on the fourth weekend of August 2023 which was a busy weekend for the Chicago Region and the weather was great!Ā  Saturday and Sunday saw the running of the Kettle Moraine Divisional Road Race at Road America.Ā  Also on Sunday the Region conducted its fourth ā€œConcours for Sports Carsā€ as a featured group in the 2023 Geneva Concours dā€™Elegance.Ā

The 2023 Chicago Region SCCA Fall Tour

As part of the Chicago Region SCCA 75th anniversary celebration on October 21st the Chicago Region will be running another G.O.A.T.S. (Get Out and Tour Series) event. Ā  Join us this fall as the colors are changing for another drive through southern Wisconsin to Elkhart Lake on some of the most scenic backroads there are to enjoy.Ā
