Weāve all heard or know of the story of how it all began. How Chicago Region member and Wisconsin native Jim Kimberly brought a group up to the Elkhart Lake area searching for a suitable site for a race circuit.

At this years Checkered Flag Party, February 16th the Region is offering a one of a kind, pencil sketch drawn and signed by automotive / racing artist Jim Swintel.
In the coming months, as part of our celebration of āSeven Decades of Motorsportsā we will be showcasing the Historic Markers placed around the original race circuit on the public roads in Elkhart Lake.

The Fall Sprints at Blackhawk Farms on September 8 and 9 was a great success.

The 57th SCCA National Championship Runoffs is scheduled to take place Oct. 5-11, 2020, at the storied track located midway between Milwaukee and Green Bay, Wisconsin.
To win, or even finish in the top few positions at the June SprintsĀ® is an achievement that many drivers strive for but few accomplish. In addition to prizes of cash and merchandise the most coveted award is the custom designed wooden plaque that is unique to the Sprints.
